| Paprika, alias sweet pepper or
bell pepper, is a European pepper looking like a pimento at
the first glance. With larger size (180 to 260g a piece) than
pimento and thick flesh (6 to 10mm), paprika features refreshed
fragrance and sweet flavor (sugar content of 7 to 11). Paprika
is produced in red, yellow, orange, violet and green colors
and contains vitamin C as much as four times orange. |
