Paeng-I mushroom, known also as
Byeong mushroom is cultured by a farmer in Gimje. Mixed the
seed fungi in sawdust and cultured at low temperature, this
natural food is expected to increase demand according to the
changed taste of people preferring natural food and contribute
to the improved inocome of farmhouses.
